Return and Exchange Policy

At Plenio Mera, we want you to love your candles and ceramics as much as we loved making them. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. As a small business, we’re currently unable to cover these costs, but we’re working to improve this in the future.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.​

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• To process a replacement or refund, we require an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and product upon opening.

• Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
